The Teague Brand represents a multi-generational commitment to excellence in Western
ranching, agriculture, hospitality, and heritage.

For Laura and Gary Teague, the Western lifestyle is not just a way of life—it’s a mission. One rooted in family, fueled by
innovation, and carried forward through an impressive portfolio of businesses, each with a distinct role in
preserving and elevating the Western way of life.

In 2021, the Teagues relocated from Colorado to Copan, Oklahoma, planting new roots at the historic
Cross Bell Ranch. This move marked more than a change of scenery—it was a bold step in expanding their vision.
With deep ties to agriculture and an unwavering passion for rural communities, they are now weaving their
legacy into the fabric of Osage County.

While each Teague business stands strong on its own, together they form a powerful collective—one
that celebrates all aspects of ranch life, from the open range to refined retreat spaces, and from
performance horses to the preservation of wild mustangs.

THE CROSS BELL RANCH

The Cross Bell Ranch is the centerpiece of the Teague family’s Oklahoma operations—a legendary property rich in Western heritage and reimagined for modern ranching and events. Originally established by the Mullendore family on Kathleen Boren’s 640-acre Osage allotment, the ranch spans approximately 52,000 acres. Today, under the stewardship of the Teagues, it continues to embody the grit, grace, and grandeur of the American West.

A robust herd of 2,000 head continues the ranch’s tradition
of high-quality beef production.

WILD HORSE SANCTUARY

Approximately 2,800 mustang geldings roam the vast acreage,
part of a national sanctuary program.

REGENERATIVE LAND MANAGEMENT

The ranch employs 5,000 goats to naturally clear brush and cedar, promoting soil health and native pasture restoration.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES

Guests can explore the land through guided hunts, horseback riding, and immersive Western experiences designed with conservation and connection in mind.

Cross Bell Downtown – A boutique Western hotel nestled in downtown Pawhuska, offering cowgirl retreats, hunting excursions, and immersive hospitality just steps from the Mercantile.

Good Time Charlee’s – A Western bar and entertainment venue bringing locals and travelers together for unforgettable evenings in the heart of Pawhuska.

The Cross Bell Outpost – Coming Soon! the Outpost is being designed as a place where guests can take a piece of the Western experience home with them, reflecting the same authenticity, hospitality, and heritage that define the Cross Bell name.

Teague Cattle – A multi-state cattle trading operation managing the movement of over 40,000 yearlings annually with a focus on quality and sustainability.

For generations, the Teague family has built a legacy rooted in honesty, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to the Western way of life. That same dedication lives on at EE Ranches, where stallions of proven bloodlines continue to shape the future – including our very own Taggline.

Taggline, a standout bay roan stallion by the great Metallic Cat and out of the legendary Dual Rey Tag, is quickly becoming a household name in the cutting and cow horse world. With over $56,000 in lifetime earnings and proven success across multiple disciplines, Taggline has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with. Notably, he has competed at the prestigious World’s Greatest Horseman, showcasing his versatility and talent on the big stage.
